Financial support for Emily's PhD research  provided by: 
          NIH grants "Institutional T32  Research Training in Hematology (HL07899)" and "High-Throughput Technology for Global Protein and Metabolite Analysis" as well as a TA assistantship and Anderson Summer  Research Assistantship. 
          After completing her thesis, Emily began a position as a  research associate at the UNC Proteomics Core in the Department of Pharmacology  at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.   |
